Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Salary)

About the role

The Associate Manager – Acquisition (Corporate Salary) will work within the Branch Banking division to drive the acquisition of new corporate salary accounts. The role involves direct interaction with customers, promoting banking products, and acting as a liaison to ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate salary account customers in the assigned geography.
• Ensure accounts are registered, activated and funded within three months of opening.
• Promote additional banking services at account opening, such as mobile banking, net banking, and term deposits.
• Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets by analysing customers' transaction banking needs.
• Support the Sales Manager with catchment mapping, lead generation and feedback on opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Prepare promotional wish‑lists and generate leads for cross‑selling family and other products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, Computers or Management.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in banking sales or customer acquisition.
