Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result‑oriented Assistant Key Account Manager to drive our online business across major e‑commerce marketplaces and quick‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and marketplace partners to ensure smooth operations, catalogue hygiene, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.
• Handle day‑to‑day marketplace operations including product listings, promotions, deals, discounts, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate catalogue information, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay updated on advertising tools and growth strategies for each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketplace account managers for seamless operations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and account health.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities to interpret performance data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
