Account Support Executive

About the role

The Account Support Executive will report to the Account Support Manager, Sales Operations, and will play a key role in supporting renewal sales activities across the New Delhi region. The role ensures smooth contract execution, accurate invoicing, and effective communication with customers, working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Tax and other stakeholder teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate reports and analysis on renewal sales progress for the assigned region.
• Prepare renewals and planning, including calculation of journal licences and e‑book quotes.
• Create quotes and contracts in the CRM/ERP system to trigger invoicing.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation are delivered to customers.
• Provide first‑level support to sales and customers on licence agreement changes and amendments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding contract execution, fulfilment and invoicing.
• Coordinate all customer correspondence and agreements within the region.
• Proactively communicate new contract terms, align agreed fees and obtain signed licences.
• Manage customer requests and assist with daily operations, such as enhancing data quality and answering contract or invoicing queries.
• Provide feedback and proposals to improve sales and support workflows.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewal processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating contract execution, invoicing and customer support activities.
• Ability to generate analytical reports and maintain accurate CRM data.
