Travel Sales Executive – Holiday Packages

About the role

We are looking for a confident, customer‑focused, and target‑driven Travel Sales Executive to join our New Delhi sales team. The role involves speaking with customers, selling travel experiences, preparing holiday quotations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media and referrals.
• Understand customers’ travel dates, destination preferences, budget, number of travellers, hotel requirements and holiday expectations.
• Prepare and share customised domestic and international holiday packages and quotations.
• Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, payment terms, cancellation policies and travel requirements.
• Update all customer interactions, quotations and booking status in the CRM or company tracker.
• Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure accurate package information and smooth handover after confirmation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales, hospitality sales, hotel reservations, visa sales, insurance, real‑estate sales or B2C tele‑sales (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
• Strong spoken and written Hindi and English.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven sales environment and able to commute to Kailash Colony.
