About the role
We are seeking a tech‑savvy, sports‑enthusiastic Team Leader to oversee our frontline support team for a US‑based, subscription live TV streaming service. You will act as the "referee" of the user experience, ensuring fans never miss a game due to technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Live Queue & Floor Management
- Quality & Performance Coaching
- Technical & Billing Escalations
- Sales & Growth Mentorship
- Conversion Tracking for value‑added service sign‑ups
- Shift Planning to cover US broadcast schedule (nights/weekends)
- Training and onboarding of new hires on OS fluency and lifecycle management
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 6 months to 1 year of sales or upsell experience
- 1–2 years of chat or email support experience
- Experience with technical and non‑technical troubleshooting
