Process Associate – Voice & Semi‑Voice (Freshers Walk‑in)

About the role

HCL Technologies is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join its Voice and Semi‑Voice Process Associate team. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls for US‑based clients, with flexible shift options including night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls for customers in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries according to standard procedures.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records.
• Adhere to US shift timings and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work US shift timings, including night shifts.
• Open to both inbound and outbound call handling.
• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (excluding engineering, B.E/B.Tech, M.Sc CS, IT, MCA).
