Customer (Supplier) Support Associate – English

About the role

The Supplier Support Associate reports to the Manager, Supplier Support and assists the team in gathering compliance declarations and related information from suppliers in client supply chains. This role focuses on multi‑channel communication with suppliers, ensuring high‑quality documentation and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers via email, chat and conference calls to collect compliance data and assist with requests.
• Engage unresponsive suppliers using multi‑channel outreach, education webinars and follow‑up calls.
• Provide language support for translations, webinars and prospect calls with the Sales team.
• Validate and ensure quality assurance of compliance data submitted by suppliers.
• Collaborate with the Program Success team to devise strategies for new customers, campaigns and supplier issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution.
• 1‑2 years of experience in administration, reporting, research, supplier/customer support or call‑centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages such as French or German are a strong asset.
• Strong time‑management abilities and a solutions‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Google Applications.
