Customer Relationship Manager – Client Onboarding & Support

About the role

Join Altisource as a Customer Relationship Manager to lead new client onboarding, provide ongoing support, and build lasting relationships for our mortgage and real estate technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, explaining products and services.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
• Identify and resolve client issues quickly, coordinating with internal teams.
• Develop strong, long‑term relationships by understanding client needs.
• Educate clients on updates, new features, and best practices.
• Collect and convey client feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude toward client concerns.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Previous experience in a client‑facing or customer‑service role is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity software.
• Ability to write business‑style emails with correct grammar and punctuation.
• Clear spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Analytical and cognitive skills with attention to detail.
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm for phone communication.
