About the role
HCLTech is conducting a walk‑in hiring event for an International Contact Center role focused on inbound voice calls. The position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and will support retail banking, mortgages and consumer lending customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client queries via voice and written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts.
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction through service excellence and a customer‑first approach.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years or 3‑6 years experience in an international voice‑process (inbound) environment.
- Education: minimum 12th pass; graduates or post‑graduates are also eligible.
