About the role

We are looking for an Executive Inbound Call Center professional to deliver courteous, efficient service to our customers and intermediaries. The role involves handling queries, complaints and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while meeting defined service level targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries about products, policies, status, and premium payments.
  • Provide complete and accurate answers, ensuring high quality query resolution.
  • Follow up on customer requests and complaints until effective closure.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams (e.g., FSG, PSG, BSG) to gather necessary information and documents.
  • Maintain adherence to established timeframes, service levels, and quality metrics.

Required profile

  • Fluent English with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM software (Webclient or similar).
  • Competence with MS Office suite.
