Customer Support Executive – Regional Languages (On-site)

About the role

PolicyBazaar is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Customer Service team in Gurugram. As a Customer Support Executive you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries related to insurance policies and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on insurance policies, premium calculations, and policy status.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the team lead.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or irate customers.
• Freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
