Senior Sales Officer – Field Sales

As a Sales Officer at Nestlé, you play a pivotal role in bringing our trusted brands closer to consumers by ensuring availability, building strong relationships, and shaping demand at the ground level. You will drive sales performance, support our distribution network, and deliver consistent results that contribute to a healthier and better world.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels.
• Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor.
• Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI).
• Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment.
• Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs.
• Ensuring distributor compliance with company-defined roles, processes and responsibilities.
• Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms.
• Training and developing the secondary sales force.
• Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships.
• Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution.
• Good command over communication, analytics and problem‑solving.
• Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments.
