About the role
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support the smooth operation of our workplace. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of front‑of‑house service and behind‑the‑scenes office upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry and meeting rooms.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing and general document handling.
- Perform outdoor tasks such as bank work, courier dispatch and purchasing office supplies.
- Support administrative staff with day‑to‑day office activities.
- Ensure pantry and cleaning materials are stocked and available.
- Open and close the office premises as required.
- Hold a valid driving licence for tasks that require travel.
Required profile
- Minimum 10th grade education.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and maintenance.
- Honest, disciplined and well‑mannered.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
