About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant (Freshers Only) to support the daily administrative operations of our organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates eager to launch a career in administration and office management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day‑to‑day office administration activities, including handling correspondence, emails and courier services.
- Maintain and organize office files, records and documents, ensuring proper filing and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, conference‑room bookings and support travel arrangements for staff.
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Welcome visitors, answer phone calls professionally and support various departments with administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry, update databases and trackers, and assist in preparing reports and MIS records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BBM, BCA or equivalent.
- Recent graduate with strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and work effectively in a team.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good typing and data‑entry skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and standard administrative processes.
