About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to own and expand strategic client relationships. The role focuses on generating revenue growth, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and delivering high customer satisfaction through consultative selling and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement long‑term account strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary contact for strategic customers.
- Identify and pursue cross‑selling, upselling and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets through proactive hunting and account penetration.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, product and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
- Analyse performance metrics, market trends and forecast revenue to support strategic planning.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in strategic account management.
- Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and influence internal stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset for analysing performance and forecasting.
- High level of customer focus and problem‑solving capability.
