Customer Service Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to engage with international customers, promote insurance products and drive sales conversions. The position is based in Gurugram and involves direct interaction with clients through calls, emails and chats.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to understand their insurance needs.
• Explain policy features and benefits clearly and accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle objections, resolve queries and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduation degree required.
• 0‑3 years of experience (freshers are welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate in Hindi is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
