About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to elevate the selling capabilities of retail teams across Louis Philippe stores. The role focuses on designing and delivering training that drives sales excellence, premium customer experience, and consistent brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new retail associates and store teams.
- Deliver product and sales training aligned with Louis Philippe brand standards.
- Coach teams on premium selling techniques, cross‑selling, upselling and relationship management.
- Provide training on product knowledge, styling, visual merchandising basics and brand communication.
- Visit stores regularly to assess training effectiveness, identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest training actions to improve productivity.
- Develop engaging training modules, role‑plays, presentations and learning activities.
- Collaborate with retail managers to support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns and new collection briefings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in retail sales training, sales coaching or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of premium fashion retail and customer experience expectations.
