Windows System Administrator (L3) – Vadodara

About the role

We are looking for a senior Windows System Administrator (L3) to join our Managed Service Provider team in Vadodara. You will act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and clients, ensuring high‑availability, secure and scalable Windows environments across multiple customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex L1/L2 issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Design, deploy and maintain advanced Windows Server infrastructures (2022 and upcoming 2025) including AD, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
• Configure and optimise virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V) and hybrid cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Define security policies, monitor compliance and lead incident‑response activities.
• Drive RMM platform optimisation (ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne, Kaseya VSA) and develop PowerShell automation scripts.
• Mentor L1/L2 administrators, provide knowledge transfer and conduct training sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, disaster‑recovery plans and generate management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of Windows System Administration experience, with 2–3 years in a senior/escalation role.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client‑facing communication skills.

Required skills

• Windows Server 2022 (and upcoming 2025), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, clustering, HA and DR.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration, security and governance.
• PowerShell scripting/automation.
• RMM tools: ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne, Kaseya VSA.
• Networking protocols, security frameworks and compliance standards.
