Software Developer – Debt Collection Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Software Developer to join our team in Gujarat, India. You will create and maintain applications that power our debt‑collection workflows, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web‑based software supporting collection, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs, including Zoho services, into existing platforms.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in core programming languages such as PHP, Java, C# or Python.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one modern framework.
• Solid background with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and RESTful API integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
