IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Gandhinagar. The role focuses on delivering first‑level technical assistance to end users and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure. You will work on‑site, collaborating with clients and vendors to meet technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Manage support tickets and document issue resolutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical problems.
• Support AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for technical requirements.
• Handle onsite installation, configuration, and testing of Eventech solutions.
• Assist with user training and overall IT infrastructure support.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Available to join within one month.

• Windows and macOS operating systems.
