Warehouse Operations Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring global standard warehousing processes that meet the demands of all business channels. This role focuses on profitability, service level improvement, inventory turnover, and cost optimisation while overseeing a high‑SKU environment and seasonal demand fluctuations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise warehouse layout to boost productivity, accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse and CFA operational processes.
• Manage inbound and outbound flows to meet market timelines, including finished goods receipt and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain sufficient skilled manpower and monitor system efficiency to meet demand.
• Oversee returns accounting and ensure GST/legal compliance for refinishing operations.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to guarantee on‑time consignments.
• Control reverse‑logistics volumes during peak seasons and manage refinishing vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale warehouse operations, preferably in a multi‑SKU, SAP‑driven environment.
• Strong ability to manage seasonal demand spikes and high SKU counts.
• Experience with manpower planning, retention and training in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of reverse logistics and refinishing processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on service level metrics (OTIF/DIFOT).
