About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the dining team at Hyatt Regency Thrissur. In this position you will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous and high‑quality food and beverage service, contributing to an outstanding hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area, following hotel standards.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setting of tables before, during and after service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues to maximise satisfaction.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
