Reservations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to lead our daily reservation operations and guide a dedicated reservations team. The role ensures smooth handling of bookings, maintains accurate records, and collaborates closely with multiple hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Process room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the Reservations team.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and OTA bookings.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams.
• Address guest and travel‑agent inquiries professionally.
• Prepare reservation reports and keep accurate records.
• Ensure proper use of the Property Management System (PMS) and online booking platforms.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of PMS, OTA platforms, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Experience using OTA booking platforms.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
