Front Office Receptionist

About the role

The Front Office Receptionist is a full‑time, on‑site position at AMARTARANGINI Pvt Ltd in Haridwar. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience. The role also supports basic administrative tasks and provides information about hotel services and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professional etiquette and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain front‑desk records, visitor logs and ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience in front‑office or receptionist duties, including managing reservations and visitor logs.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or reservation software.
• Minimum high school diploma; hospitality or office administration training is a plus.
