About the role

We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our culinary team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine, particularly in preparing traditional dishes such as Indian curry and South Indian specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items that highlight Indian culinary traditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
