Voice Coach – Communication Trainer

About the role
Teleperformance is seeking a dynamic Voice Coach to lead Voice & Accent, Communication, Pronunciation, and Soft Skills training for its Indore operations. You will work closely with new hires and existing staff to enhance clarity, articulation, and overall customer communication.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Voice & Accent, Communication, Pronunciation, and Soft Skills training programs.
- Conduct new‑hire, foundation, and refresher training sessions.
- Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching to improve fluency and articulation.
- Track training performance, maintain detailed reports, and drive learning effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support performance goals and reduce communication errors.
Required profile
- 2–7 years of BPO training experience, with at least 1 year in Communication Training.
- Strong expertise in Voice & Accent, Communication, and Soft Skills training.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
