Voice Coach – Communication Trainer

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a dynamic Voice Coach to lead Voice & Accent, Communication, Pronunciation, and Soft Skills training for its Indore operations. You will work closely with new hires and existing staff to enhance clarity, articulation, and overall customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive Voice & Accent, Communication, Pronunciation, and Soft Skills training programs.
• Conduct new‑hire, foundation, and refresher training sessions.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching to improve fluency and articulation.
• Track training performance, maintain detailed reports, and drive learning effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to support performance goals and reduce communication errors.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of BPO training experience, with at least 1 year in Communication Training.
• Strong expertise in Voice & Accent, Communication, and Soft Skills training.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
