US IT & Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

Oaktree Software Solutions is looking for an energetic US IT & Non‑IT Recruiter to join its Indore office on a night‑shift schedule. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US clients, sourcing talent across technical and non‑technical domains while delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT and Non‑IT positions, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Proactively source, screen, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations and work‑authorization status.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
• Assist with salary negotiations, extend offers, and handle pre‑onboarding documentation while keeping candidates engaged.

Required profile

• 6 months to 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in US staffing (IT, Non‑IT or hybrid).
• Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work‑authorization visas (H‑1B, OPT/CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, GC EAD).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in building Boolean strings, advanced search techniques and navigating applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent negotiation, time‑management and candidate‑engagement capabilities.
