About the role
The Olive Heritage Foundation is seeking a dedicated Vocational Trainer to deliver security‑focused training programs in Jammu & Kashmir. You will play a key role in preparing unemployed youth for careers in the security sector by providing practical, job‑oriented instruction.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training modules on security operations, assessment, and certification.
- Conduct classroom and hands‑on sessions for trainees, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide feedback, and assist with placement services.
- Collaborate with industry partners to keep curriculum current and relevant.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on program outcomes.
Required profile
- Passion for teaching and developing security professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience or familiarity with the security industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of trainees.
