AML Technical Trainer

About the role

AML RightSource is looking for an AML Trainer to shape the success of new hires and support ongoing development across the organization. You will lead engaging training sessions, give personalized coaching and help build learning solutions that improve performance and compliance in AML operations. The role is described as high-impact, with direct influence on how ready teams are for production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new hire training and onboarding, and guide employees through the move to client-facing production work
• Give constructive feedback and performance insights, and analyze training outcomes for the Training Manager
• Design and update training materials, and create customized training for specialized projects
• Create assessments and continuing education content, and build e-learning modules
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support Ready For Allocation (RFA) team members during project transitions
• Collaborate across departments to improve onboarding and training processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of AML experience
• Experience delivering training in person and virtually
• Preferred: Master's degree, 4+ years of AML experience, CAMS or related certification
