History Domain Expert – AI Evaluation

About the role

Fusion CX is seeking a History Domain Expert to evaluate and improve Large Language Models (LLMs). You will apply your expertise in ancient, medieval, modern, political, military history, archaeology and historiography to create challenging prompts and assess AI-generated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Create advanced history prompts covering a wide temporal and thematic range.
• Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness and nuance.
• Identify hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, outdated information and edge cases.
• Develop benchmark datasets and adversarial test cases.
• Provide evidence‑based feedback with reliable references and collaborate with AI researchers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in History or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional, research, or teaching experience.
• Excellent written English, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and deliver objective, evidence‑backed reviews.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Prompt engineering and AI evaluation.
• Familiarity with creating benchmark datasets and adversarial test cases.
