Trainee Technician

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on maintaining and upgrading parenteral process equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize and sign engineering GMP documents as required.
• Prepare breakdown maintenance memos and maintain preventive maintenance checklists and history cards.
• Perform breakdown repairs and routine maintenance on parenteral process equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance according to schedule and update related records.
• Coordinate effectively with QA, Production and other departments.
• Handle equipment modification activities and support related projects.
• Participate in system and equipment upgrade projects.
• Ensure all GMP documentation is kept up‑to‑date in line with SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Instrumentation expertise.
• Experience with GMP documentation.
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
