Team Member - Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Team Member to ensure reliable power supply and electrical equipment performance across our manufacturing sites. The role focuses on maintaining critical utilities, preventing downtime, and supporting production, quality control and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage power supply and distribution, operating HT/LT panels, transformers, diesel generators and UPS systems, and oversee seamless change‑over between mains, DG and UPS.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programmes, including thermography, insulation resistance testing, vibration and current analysis.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns, troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLC panels, SCADA systems, control circuits and sensors, and drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform calibration activities and ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and documentation.
