Supervisor Technical Program Manager (IST)

About the role

Fictiv is expanding its operations in India and seeks a Supervisor Technical Program Manager (IST) to lead complex hardware programs. You will work directly with manufacturing partners, using your engineering background and program management experience to deliver projects on scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the primary customer liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and quality teams.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.
• Drive stakeholder and partner management, fostering strong relationships to enable rapid decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Own change‑request evaluation and execution, balancing scope, risk and cost impacts.
• Monitor program performance using defined metrics, provide regular status updates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 + years of technical project or program management experience in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record managing programs through New Product Development (NPD) and mass manufacturing, with hands‑on supplier and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Deep experience with CNC machining.
• Familiarity with composite and sheet‑metal fabrication processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, PPAP, and supply‑chain management.
• Understanding of logistics, sourcing and finance aspects of project execution.
