About the role
We are seeking a self‑starter Field Service Technician to deliver high‑quality on‑site service, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and profitability. The role involves travelling to customer locations to install, repair, maintain and test equipment while providing professional support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks during field visits or dispatches.
- Diagnose technical errors, determine appropriate solutions and document findings.
- Produce timely, detailed service reports and document processes.
- Operate company vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
- Follow all company procedures, protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the technical team, sharing information across the organisation.
- Understand customer requirements, provide recommendations and build positive relationships.
Required profile

- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
