Team Member - Engineering

About the role

The Engineering Team Member will ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical manufacturing zones such as Production, Quality Control, Warehouse and Utilities. The role focuses on maintaining, monitoring and optimizing electrical infrastructure to support continuous operations in a pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage power supply and distribution, operating HT/LT panels, transformers, diesel generator sets and UPS systems.
• Monitor electrical load, optimize consumption and execute seamless power changeovers between mains, generators and UPS.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
• Perform predictive maintenance activities including thermography, insulation resistance testing, vibration and current analysis.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns, troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLC panels, SCADA systems, control circuits and sensors.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure calibration, compliance and documentation for utilities supporting manufacturing and HVAC systems.
