Plan Execution Executive (Disability Inclusive)

About the role

Plan Execution Executive position based in Mumbai, open to candidates with locomotor disability, low vision, or hard of hearing. Minimum 6 months of experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Correct planning at the start of each FN based on demand, plant and supply constraints (RM+PM).
• Generate raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) demand from paint plans and upload to the system for the purchase team.
• Prepare and monitor RM & PM coverage at units, anticipate issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor production at stream/product/pack level and generate daily reports on system health and deliveries.
• Interface with purchase and plant teams to highlight and resolve issues, reporting production performance and SKU variance.
• Produce weekly, FN and monthly production reports across the organization.
• Verify feasibility of plans against plant capacity constraints (emulsion, resin, manpower, etc.).
• Support definition of new products/shades/SKUs before the start of FN.
• Facilitate delivery of non‑inventoried items and direct sales orders.
• Manage priority SKUs across distribution and plants to ensure timely service, including export requirements for Asian Paints overseas units.

Required profile

• Graduate (essential); commercial graduate (desired).
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Locomotor disability, low vision (up to 50%) or hard of hearing (up to 50%).
• Ability to work with production, supply chain and purchase teams.
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
