Support Level Trainee – Manufacturing

About the role

This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who want to start a career in manufacturing. You will receive on‑the‑job training and gradually take on general production tasks under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the structured on‑the‑job training program to transition into a full‑time support level manufacturing role.
• Perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks as instructed.
• Successfully finish any required testing or certification related to the assignment.
• Follow all safety, health, and security policies set by the supervisor.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the team.

Required profile

• Ability to read and understand simple written instructions, short correspondence, and visual aids.
• Basic writing skills for completing forms and reports.
• Common‑sense approach to follow one‑ or two‑step directions.
• Comfort with standardized situations that have few variables.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret diagrams or graphs.
