Onsite Fitter – Pan India Deployment

About the role

The Onsite Fitter will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Wirtgen machines across India. Working directly on customer sites, you will diagnose, repair and maintain equipment to minimise downtime and uphold high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on assigned machines promptly.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and replace parts as required.
• Manage breakdowns, restore machines to operational condition and meet contractual SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate service records and update technical knowledge of current and upcoming product lines.
• Coordinate daily activities with zonal teams and gather competitor insights from field sites.
• Travel across the country; a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma/Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience with mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance.
• Age between 23 and 35 years.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work on‑site.
