About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Pune/Pimpri‑Chinchwad area. The Senior Design Engineer will lead the design and development of mechanical and electromechanical components, supporting optimisation, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and modify 3D models and mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings and detailing.
Apply GD&T principles to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Interpret welding symbols and incorporate them into designs.
Perform basic strength and engineering calculations.
Ensure designs comply with applicable ISO standards.
Coordinate with manufacturing, production and other engineering teams.
Review designs for manufacturability, functionality and quality.
Maintain design documentation and engineering revisions.

Required profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
4–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or product design.
