Project Manager – MES Apriso

About the role

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of MES Apriso solutions for its customers. You will bridge product functionality with business processes, guiding clients through complex manufacturing execution scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full MES software development lifecycle including design, development, implementation, testing and support.
• Collaborate with customer program teams to create detailed project plans and manage overall progress.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, provide status reports to all stakeholders, and handle escalations effectively.
• Measure project success against budget, scope and business objectives.
• Drive high‑level business requirements and work with account managers to ensure closure.
• Engage senior leadership for program governance, direction and strategy recommendations.
• Deliver solutions using an onsite‑offshore delivery model.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in project management.
• Strong domain exposure to MES or Industry 4.0 applications/solutions.
• Proven ability to manage risks, communicate with senior stakeholders and report project status.
• Experience working in an onsite‑offshore delivery environment.
