Style Associate – Retail Jewelry

About the role

The Style Associate is the front‑line representative of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales targets. Working in a busy retail environment, the associate ensures smooth store operations through a blend of product knowledge, customer focus, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces, handling queries and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features, benefits and competitive positioning, communicating value to drive sales.
• Assist with store deliveries, online order processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Support theft prevention by staying vigilant and following security protocols.
• Adapt to varied shift timings, be open to intra‑cluster transfers, and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive store operations and contribute to overall store success.

Required profile

• Graduate/HSC (Freshers) or SSC qualification with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a quick learning ability.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
