About the role
We are seeking energetic and customer‑focused Stewards/Waiters to join our hospitality team in Gurgaon. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address guest requests.
- Set up, clear, and maintain dining tables and service areas.
- Clean and arrange cutlery, crockery, and glassware while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
