Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

About the role

We take our housekeeping standards seriously. We’re searching for a Room Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure every room is at its absolute best for our guests.
• Assist guests with any needs, from forgotten items to directions.
• Keep your supervisor informed of progress or any problems.
• Monitor and control supplies to minimise waste.
• Help reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Participate regularly in deep‑clean projects.

Required profile

• Physical role – you’ll be on your feet most of the day; fitness is important.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and pushing/pulling heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel to complete tasks.
• Literacy skills – reading, writing and basic maths.
• Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
