Steward / Guest Service Associate – Fine Dining Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Stewards and Guest Service Associates to join our fine‑dining restaurant, Ikk Panjab, located in Sector 42, Gurgaon. The team will support seamless service for guests in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, and other condiments.
• Clear tables, scrape plates, and handle kitchenware such as pans and pots.
• Assist with food pickup, plating, and timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries, explain menu items, and promote upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Hotel Management or related diploma (freshers acceptable).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Fluent in English and Hindi with a presentable appearance.
• Willingness to work 6‑day shifts on a shift‑wise schedule.
• Local candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon or those ready to relocate immediately.
