Steward, Captain & Executive Positions at Café in Gurgaon

About the role

We are hiring multiple hospitality professionals for a new café located in Sector 42, Gurgaon. Positions include Steward/Guest Service Associate, Captain/Supervisor and Executive roles. The café offers a vibrant environment for casual hang‑outs and quality coffee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure accurate service.
• Maintain service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays and other essentials.
• Handle food pickup, serving, clearing tables, and cleaning of plates, pans and pots.
• Provide menu explanations, upsell items and manage guest situations professionally.

Required profile

• Hotel Management or related qualification.
• 6 months to 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations (freshers with relevant education are welcome).
• Fluent in English and Hindi, presentable and well‑groomed.
• Willing to work 6‑day shift schedules and relocate or be local to Delhi/Gurgaon.
