Solar Electrician (ITI)

About the role

Solarative Energy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Solar Electrician (ITI) to join its team. The role involves installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining rooftop solar power systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, earthing systems, and electrical wiring.
• Lay cables, perform terminations, and make electrical connections.
• Test and commission solar installations.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and installation teams.
• Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.

Required profile

• ITI Electrician or ITI Wireman certification.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical or solar installations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and testing instruments.
• Ability to work at heights and on‑site locations.
• Willingness to travel for project work.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
