Contracts Administrator – Semiconductor Projects (Pre & Post)

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts for semiconductor projects, covering both pre‑award and post‑award phases. The role requires deep knowledge of contract law, risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination in high‑value, complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate pre‑award contracts, subcontracts and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects.
• Administer CSA contracts post‑award, handling change management, claims and dispute resolution while monitoring performance and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensure adherence to internal policies, statutory regulations and industry standards such as SOX and ISO.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, vendors and internal teams to resolve contractual issues and provide status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of contract administration experience on large‑scale industrial or semiconductor projects.
• Proven track record managing CSA contracts for EPC/PMC assignments.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC and commercial terms.
