Construction Lead - Semiconductor Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee civil, structural and architectural works for large‑scale semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of civil, structural and architectural construction for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules and resource plans aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee contractor selection, procurement and management to ensure compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections and enforce safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Control project budgets and schedules, using tools such as Primavera P6.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop high‑performing project teams, fostering safety and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 20+ years of CSA construction/project management experience in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in cleanroom construction and high‑precision structural works.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, international standards and EPC workflows.
• Excellent ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
