Construction Manager - Semiconductor Projects

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The role will lead planning, execution, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works for large‑scale semiconductor facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for CSA construction activities and align them with project objectives.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies, resource plans, and decision‑making processes.
• Supervise CSA works to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, track schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, and take corrective actions for delays.
• Act as primary point of contact for CSA scope, preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary construction teams, promoting safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of CSA construction management experience, including at least 8 years on semiconductor or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale EPC projects for high‑tech facilities.
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes and international standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in cleanroom construction and high‑precision structural works.
• Ability to manage risk, control costs and resolve technical challenges.
